"Come on Now, Imitate the Month of February"

This was my last work of 2018! With the opening of the gallery, I get to post it only now.
And, by the way, this is the painting I chose for my gallery's poster.

-

The Theater of the Absurd, a post-World War II form of drama, emphasizes the absurdity of human existence by employing disjointed, repetitious, and meaningless dialogue. No wonder that I absolutely love this genre!

My painting was inspired by a dialogue in such an absurdist play by the great Romanian-French playwright Eugene Ionesco.

Come on now, try to imitate the month of February! And while at it, stop thinking and relax and enjoy the composition in front of you.
